Common Questions
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Sign up free and get up to 3 full jobs at no cost. The 7-day Solo trial also requires no card. You only need payment details when you choose to subscribe.
What happens after the trial?
Your account moves to the Free plan automatically. You keep your existing jobs and can continue using the app with the 3-job limit. Upgrade any time to unlock unlimited jobs and more.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel any time from your account settings. Your subscription continues until the end of the current billing period, then drops to Free.
What currency are prices in?
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST. Paddle handles international pricing conversion where applicable.
How are payments processed?
All payments are handled securely by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle is a trusted global payment processor used by thousands of software companies. We never see or store your card details.
