This Refund Policy applies to all paid subscriptions for PaintWorkz Pro, provided by Paintworkz PTY LTD (ABN 53 688 456 313).
1. Free Plan & Trial
PaintWorkz Pro offers a permanent Free plan allowing users to create and save up to 3 full jobs at no cost. A 7-day Solo trial is also available, giving full Solo-tier access with no credit card required. No charge is made until you choose to subscribe to a paid plan. If you do not subscribe after the trial, your account moves to the Free plan automatically — you will never be charged without actively choosing a paid plan.
2. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds on the following basis:
Within 7 days of initial purchase: If you subscribe and decide within 7 days that the product is not right for you, contact us for a full refund of that payment. This applies to your first payment only.
After 7 days: We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods or for payments made more than 7 days prior. You may cancel at any time and retain access until the end of your current billing period.
3. How to Request a Refund
Email [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request" and include the email address associated with your account and the date of purchase. We will process eligible refunds within 5 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method via Paddle, our payment processor.
4. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing immediately. You retain access to paid features until the end of the current billing period, after which your account moves to the Free plan.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
We assess all refund requests on a case-by-case basis. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the service, please contact us and we will work to resolve it or arrange an appropriate remedy.
6. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product or service fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you are entitled to a remedy under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
7. Payment Processing
All payments are processed by Paddle as our Merchant of Record. Paddle's refund and dispute processes may also apply. See paddle.com/legal/refunds for more information.
