By using PaintWorkz Pro you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. The Service

PaintWorkz Pro is a web-based job management application for spray shops and cabinet & joinery finishing businesses, provided by PaintWorkz Pro. The App is accessible at paintworkzpro.com.au and app.paintworkzpro.com.au.

2. Account Registration

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account with others.

3. Free Plan & Trial

PaintWorkz Pro offers a permanent Free plan allowing users to create and save up to 3 full jobs at no cost. A 7-day Solo trial is available, providing full Solo-tier access with no credit card required. At the end of the trial period, the account automatically moves to the Free plan unless a paid subscription is activated.

4. Subscriptions & Payment

Paid features require a subscription billed monthly: Solo at $49 AUD/month or Pro at $99 AUD/month (inc. GST). Subscriptions are managed and billed by Paddle as our Merchant of Record. By subscribing you also agree to Paddle's terms of service. Subscription fees are charged in advance. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Refunds

Refund requests within 7 days of initial purchase will be considered. No refunds are issued for partial periods after this window. See our full Refund Policy. Contact [email protected] for refund requests.

6. Acceptable Use

You may use PaintWorkz Pro for legitimate business purposes only. You must not attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute the software. You must not use the App in any way that violates applicable laws.

7. Your Data

You retain ownership of all job and business data you enter into the App. We do not claim any rights to your data. You are responsible for maintaining backups of important business records.

8. Availability & Liability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. PaintWorkz Pro is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, our liability for any claim arising from use of the App is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Significant changes will be notified via the App or email.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Disputes will be resolved in Victorian courts.
